Autumn, is crisp autumn, clear sky;The beauty of autumn is the clear breeze, the bright moon and the murmuring water。This autumn is a season full of hope and a season of harvest for the people of Huasheng who are struggling in the Uzbek Syr River Power Station project。Uzbekistan Syr River 1500MW gas combined cycle independent power generation project, as a national key project of UZ, the overall construction of the project has entered the sprint and final stage this year。As the main construction party of the civil engineering project，Huasheng Company actively responded to the general contractor Zhejiang thermal power node arrangement，Under the leadership of project manager Deng Zhipeng，The project staff is firing on all cylinders，Seize the Uzi construction golden age，More than 200 days of continuous fighting，Now finally to the industry, the general contractor and the company handed over a more satisfactory answer!
As of today，The AIS area of the project has completed 1763T of reinforcement, 20256M2 of formwork, 20567M3 of concrete, 82072M3 of earthwork and 72077M3 of earthwork backfill，The AIS area (220KV, 500KV) was officially delivered to the Uzi National Grid at the end of May 2023，And officially put into use。
PB area has completed 4827T of reinforcement, 45992M2 of formwork, 45685M3 of concrete, 376822M3 of earthwork and 133199M3 of earthwork backfill。The main structure of the gas turbine building, steam engine building and boiler room in the PB area has been successfully delivered to the maintenance, and 90% of the other auxiliary facilities have been completed. Among them, the 1# gas turbine of the gas turbine room has been officially fired on October 17, 2023, and the 2# gas turbine has completed the reverse power supply. The ignition time is expected to be around the end of November。
The construction of the pressure regulating station, the electrical room of the pressure regulating station and the natural gas buffer zone have all been completed。The small installation of the cooling tower is completed and the water storage stage is entered。The road in the yard is 70% complete, the underground pipe network (underground rainwater system, process water system, sewage system) is 60% complete, the underground fire system is 90% complete and has been put into use, and the GRP pipeline is 80% complete。
The construction of GRP pipeline is the biggest obstacle we have encountered in this project, and its construction is difficult and demanding, which completely exceeds our imagination, mainly manifested in the following points:
First of all, there are many defects in the raw materials delivered by the manufacturer。Pipe and pipe mouth delamination, sandwich, crack, local uneven, pipe thickness is different (thickness difference up to 5cm), for the problem of raw materials, we need to spend several hours to polish, repair, fill until the base material diameter, until it meets the use requirements。
Secondly, supervisors and owners are very demanding。They demand zero defects, zero defects and zero tolerance from us 。Each worker who comes to the site to prepare for GRP construction must first undergo professional training for a period of 10 to 20 days, and then carry out the completion exam after the completion of the training. After passing the exam and applying for the completion certificate, he can only start work。Our original plan was for each Chinese worker to bring seven to eight local workers and train local skilled workers, but the owners and supervisors required that only Chinese workers who met the training duration, passed the completion exam and were certified to work, which directly drove up our labor costs。
Third, the weather has further increased the difficulty of our construction。If the temperature is too high (the temperature exceeds 40 ° C), the living place is easy to burn, white, and burn through, resulting in unqualified interfaces。If the temperature is too low, it is easy to cause the resin to be unable to cure in time and fail to meet the hardness requirements。The project department tried its best to do so. When the temperature was high, all GRP operating surfaces on the site were equipped with awnings, fans and ice cubes, and cool down with air conditioning。When the temperature is low, electric heating gas, electric hair dryer, electric fire blanket and other measures are used to ensure the normal construction of GRP pipeline。
Fourth, due to the settlement of the foundation, the workload of hand paste has increased。In the construction of the site, because the settlement of the foundation is easy to lead to the sinking of the pipe mouth, the owner requires us to complete the whole package. Previously, we only need to paste one interface, but now we need to paste four or five times, resulting in our hand to paste this piece of work than the original contract workload。
Fifth, the procurement of special materials is very difficult。Because GRP pipe life needs to use acetone, aniline and other chemicals, which is a special pipe product in UZ, the price is very expensive and not easy to purchase。Through the active coordination of the project department, the general contractor, the owner and the local government of UZ, the normal supply of chemical agents was effectively ensured。
The greater the difficulty, the greater the responsibility, and the greater the test for us，Under such cruel circumstances，We did not walk away，There is a belief in all of us: "Whatever，Let's get the job done first，Must not smash the brand of Hua Sheng "!The owner gave us the thumbs up，Can temporarily put out a fire, share the pressure, indomitable, do not complain not discouraged;The general manager was impressed with us，Can face difficulties head-on，Hand in hand，That's a good partner for them。
What years are quiet, but someone is carrying the burden for us to move forward。The achievement is inseparable from the silent dedication of many people。Ma Weiguo, deputy manager of the project, whose office is the latest to turn off the lights every day, in addition to completing his own work every day, he is also sorting out and summarizing his experience: the next time he meets similar projects, which of the three main hosts will be the priority for construction？How many man-hours, machinery and equipment, main and auxiliary materials are needed？How can the internal construction sequence be the most reasonable in order to effectively shorten the construction period, how can the advantages of mechanical equipment and human resources be played, and the consumption of main and auxiliary materials can be reasonably reduced to the greatest extent？Where are the key points and difficulties of such projects, and what problems should be paid attention to in the quality of construction？等等。Ma always said to everyone: "Young people should experience more big projects, a big project is a rare opportunity to experience and learn.。”
Now although it is the finishing work, but the owner and the total package progress grasp more tightly, tight a suffocating feeling。Night overtime, double shifts, three shifts, cross work, etc., these are the norm。Huasheng company never lags behind, often can be completed in advance of the specified time node, to the total package and owners to surprise。Under the high intensity, no one shouted bitter tired, we are more bitter for joy, smile like flowers, because optimism is contagious, we also know that only the first bitter after sweet, life is always worth our struggle。
Our technicians are unanimously affirmed and praised by the owner and the general contractor。Some drawings do not indicate the decoration and small items, they combined with their professional knowledge and solid internal skills, can put forward many very constructive opinions and views or better construction methods, which can always be adopted by the owner and the general contractor。This effectively reduces the cost for the owner, and significantly shortens the construction period for the general contractor。Reducing cost and increasing efficiency, improving quality and growth rate, Huasheng's professional ability has been praised。
In addition to the work of this project, Deng, the project manager, also took into account the overall coordination of the entire UZ project, integrated all the resources of UZ, and undertook the heavy responsibility of establishing the gold brand of Huasheng in Uzbekistan。He often goes out for field visits and various business negotiations, and Party A has the intention to sign several subsequent projects, which instill inexhaustible impetus for the sustainable development of Huasheng in UZ。
